Change of driver on a leasing contract: make an appointment

Intermediate Vehicle Deliveries and Returns

If you have to return your vehicle during the contract, please make an appointment via the form below. Our provider Carlife will confirm the appointment details.

In the event of a "pool car" being re-allocated during the contract, a delivery appointment should also be booked to our provider Carlife via our delivery form. This appointment will be directly confirmed and will take place at Deloitte. Please provide your valid driving licence, otherwise the appointment will be cancelled with penalties.

When you return the vehicle, it will be assessed by the company Carlife for a potential reconditioning before the car passes to a different driver.

Please note the following:
  • The possible damage will be evaluated and invoiced.
  • Elements that were not returned on the return day will be invoiced.
  • Possible settlements (km, damage, fuel, etc.) will be sent to you by Deloitte.
Preparing for the intermediate return

How to return your vehicle?

For the good progress of the restitutions and out of respect for the Macadam experts, we tolerate a maximum delay of 15 minutes. Beyond this time, you will be charged.

Please return the vehicle in a clean interior and exterior condition, so that we can carry out an appraisal in the best possible conditions. An efficient carwash is located 100 m before our offices at the Esso station (open 24 hours a day).
Macadam reserves the right to refuse the expertise and/or to charge the cleaning and service costs to you (Exterior: € 70 VAT excl. / Interior: € 113 VAT excl.).

Return your car in the best conditions

  • Remove personal belongings and gather all the elements that have been delivered with the vehicle (keys, cards, charging cables...).
  • The fuel/electricity indicator light should not be on. A sufficient energy level is indeed necessary so that the reconditioning can be done in good conditions. If this is not the case, Leasys reserves the right to charge the fuel and service costs to you.
  • Delete all private information such as navigation history (GPS), mobile accounts/applications linked to the vehicle by yourself or the manufacturer.
  • We ask you to have any unrepaired claims repaired before returning the vehicle, as stipulated in the contracts. Unrepaired damage will be charged at the full rate, without taking into account the depreciation system: as this involves reconditioning, the Fair Wear & Tear guide does not apply.

Que faut-il restituer avec votre véhicule?

  • Vehicle registration document - € 150 VAT excl.
  • Vehicle cards or keys + charging cable(s) - invoiced according to current manufacturer's price list
  • Options and accessories included in the leasing contract - invoiced according to current manufacturer's price list

Important:

Leasys is not bound by the damage report in the event that the damage estimated for normal wear and tear has worsened by the end of the contract, or in the event of additional damage, which will be subject to a reduction in value at the end of the contract.

In addition, any unrepaired damage is also likely to be subject to a write-down at the time of final return.
