Contract Hire is a cost-effective approach to drive a new vehicle, whilst reducing exposure to risks associated with an unpredictable used vehicle market.
Leasys offer flexible contract terms between 18 and 60 months, and a mileage of up to 50,000 miles per annum, with a 150,000 total mileage allowance.
At the end of your Contract Hire agreement, you can either return your vehicle without worrying about the resale, or renew your contract for the latest generation model of your choice.

MY-LEASYS

All Leasys Contract Hire agreements include UK & European Roadside assistance, meaning that you can be reassured that help is never far away in the case of an incident for you or your drivers.

What is included?

  • Recovery - We will come to the driver to repair your broken-down vehicle at the roadside, and if we can’t repair on the spot, we’ll support the driver to get to the nearest franchised retailer, or a destination of the drivers’ choice.
  • Mobility - To allow the driver to continue their journey if their vehicle cannot be repaired, we cover car hiring, alternative transport or overnight accommodation. T&Cs apply.
  • 24/7 support - We’re available at all time via the Leasys Driver Helpline.
  • Repatriation - We will cover the costs to get the driver back to the UK if they breakdown in the EU.

What happens in case of European breakdown?

Leasys will cover the costs to get the driver back to the UK if they breakdown in the EU.
It includes:

  • Roadside assistance in Europe, recovery to a local garage and a contribution towards diagnosis and repairs. T&Cs apply depending on the country.
  • Alternative transport or accommodation whilst the vehicle is being repaired.
  • Help getting the driver and your vehicle home if it cannot be repaired by the planned return date.
  • Replacement driver if the driver (including driver and passengers) cannot drive the vehicle due to illness or injury.

MY-LEASYS

All Leasys Contract Hire agreements include a Driver Pack which contains safety and useful items.

What is included?

Your Leasys Driver Pack includes safety items to use in case of an accident or incident, as well as some helpful convenience items such as a high-vis jacket, ice scrapper, emergency LED flare, vinyl gloves, multi-adapter phone charger and a first aid kit.

  • Please note: the Driver Pack is not available for rental and bodyshop customers.

All Leasys Contract Hire agreements include Fines Management, so you can control and optimise your budget.

How does it work?

Leasys will take care of all administration to ensure a hassle-free process for you. We handle all penalty, parking fines and congestion charges.
This service manages your driver fines. A “transfer of liability” is facilitated, and you can rest ensured that we keep you informed of the fine status.
Pay and recharge are available depending on the nature of the fine.

What are the benefits for you?

  • Save cost: no fine will be missed and overdue. We monitor them in a prompt manner.
  • Save time: Fines Management helps you to reduce your admin time, so you can focus on other activities.

The cost of your Road Fund Licence, also known as Vehicle Excise Duty (VED), is already included in the monthly rental*, meaning that Leasys will handle all arrangements on your behalf. This means you can enjoy hassle-free driving without the worry of managing renewals or unexpected fees.

What is it?

  • The Road Fund Licence (RFL) is a taxation imposed by the government on all roadworthy motor vehicles. The cost of Road Fund Licence is based on the emissions the vehicle produces.

Is VAT recoverable?

  • For a car: 50% of the VAT on the Road Fund Licence
  • For a van: 100% of the VAT on the Road Fund Licence

*You are responsible for any increase in the cost of such licence in accordance with the national rates revision. If there is a change in the cost from year to year, we will notify you and send you a recharge invoice for the difference which will be claimed by direct debit. Any unexpired licence remaining on the termination or expiry of the vehicle schedule will be the property of Leasys.

We understand that the cost of maintaining your vehicle or vehicle fleet can be difficult to predict, and time consuming to manage. That’s why we’ve created a dedicated Leasys Maintenance Package, providing you with a smooth and hassle-free motoring, and enabling you to enhance your overall leasing experience.

Leasys Maintenance Package covers servicing, maintenance, repairs, MOT and tyres. To provide you with a wide coverage for tyres, we use the Kwik Fit Centre network.

Enjoy the convenience of comprehensive vehicle maintenance and tyre replacement for only a small, fixed inflation-proof monthly payment, directly added in your monthly rental.

Our Windscreen & Glass service is provided by a Leasys appointed third party: National Windscreens.
With an easy access to reliable repair and replacement services at negotiated prices, you can ensure that your vehicle's windscreen and glass are well-maintained and protected.
Competitive rates are offered if you choose to use this referral service.

Fleet customers

In addition to the standard and optional services available to all Leasys customers, Business Fleet customers have access to an exclusive offering to support you with the management of your vehicle fleet.

Pooled Mileage is a service that helps in minimising excess mileage charges, enabling you to use your contracted mileage as a total for your entire fleet.

How does it work?

  • With Pooled Mileage, we combine the mileage of all your vehicles into one pool, meaning that your mileage is counted for the total of your vehicle fleet rather than independently for each vehicle. It enables to combine all excess mileage charges for returned vehicles across the calendar year, and therefore to use the under-mileage vehicles to balance the excess mileage charges.
  • In brief, Pooled mileage allows you to use your contracted mileage as a total for your entire fleet.

What are the benefits for you?

  • Save cost: minimise excess mileage charges.
  • Save time: easily manage your fleet mileage by using any unused miles on your other fleet vehicles.

If you are a Corporate business and manage a fleet of 25 vehicles or more, you will be allocated a dedicated Leasys Key Account Executive to support you with any queries, and help you manage your fleet throughout the duration of your Contract Hire agreement.

Your Key Account Executive can support you with topics such as: contract amendments, fleet reports, invoices, pooled mileage, driving abroad, fines management, vehicle collection, etc.
